Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging (if applicable), and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@peak-quest.co.uk for detailed instructions. Let us know which items you wish to return. Please ensure that the items are new, unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return the items to us using your preferred carrier within the 14-day period to receive a refund or replacement.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification from our returns team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will notify you of its acceptance. Refunds will be issued within 7 days via the payment method originally used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, simply contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in arranging an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order, and they will confirm your cancellation and take care of the rest.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, don’t worry. Please take a photo of both the damaged packaging and the item, then send both images to support@peak-quest.co.uk, along with your order number. Our customer support team will help resolve the issue.
