I've placed my order. What happens next?

First, we'll send you a confirmation email with your order summary. This means our team will start packing your items and preparing them for dispatch, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive another confirmation email, this time with your tracking code. You can expect your items to arrive in 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

Delayed Orders

Your order should arrive within 8 business days from the time you place it (max 2 days for processing and 6 days for delivery). However, the UK is large and weather conditions can sometimes cause delays. Please allow up to 3 additional days before contacting us. After that, we'll help track down your package.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem! Just email us at support@peak-quest.co.uk with your order number (email is best as it provides a time stamp).

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you miss the 24-hour window, you can still return the items, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

This isn't what I ordered!

Received the wrong size, color, or a damaged item? We’ve got it covered! Please take photos within 24 hours of receiving the package and email them to us at support@peak-quest.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
