I've placed my order. What happens next?
Firstly, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your order. At this point, our team will begin preparing your order for dispatch, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another confirmation email containing your tracking code. The delivery of your order is expected to arrive within 4-6 business days, depending on your location.
Delayed Orders
Your order should arrive within 8 business days from the time you place it (max 2 days for processing and 6 days for delivery). However, the UK is large and weather conditions can sometimes cause delays. Please allow up to 3 additional business days before contacting us. After that, we'll help track down your package.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem! Just email us at support@peak-quest.co.uk with your order number. You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
